Came for a breakfast and accidentally left my coat behind. I live in Stockport and the staff Stef and Manager Tracey kindly posted the coat back to me the next day. Excellent customer service from the staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was good too.
Busy cafe but very well run. The food lunch and breakfast was fresh, hot and plentiful.
Everything was very good as usual. Good Time 😁

Waste of time
Went for breakfast recently after the place was recommended. We had a table booked, and were told to expect a maximum 50 minute wait for our food, which was understandable due to how busy the place was. After ordering two breakfasts, we were left sat there drinking tea for an hour and a half, while table after table got served. After enquiring at the counter, I was told that “your ticket got lost. Do you still want it?” Staff just seemed dis-interested. Table also hadn’t been cleaned prior to us sitting down. Absolute waste of time, and poor customer service.
Delicious breakfast at Bella Rosa
Had the small breakfast and my friend had the vegan breakfast. Both were pipping hot, I was able to opt out of tomatoes. Bacon was thick cut and sausage well tasty
